Who Are We?

MaryAnne Evans is an advocate specialising in cases where ACC has declined surgery or treatment. She is the only known advocate to specialise in this area of the law. MaryAnne’s knowledge of ACC law combined with her medical training as a qualified physiotherapist in the UK  and previous experience of patient advocacy in the UK and USA make her the ideal person to represent you at a review hearing.
