Declined Surgery aims to provide you with an outstanding service presenting your best case before a review officer at the earliest practicable opportunity.

The service includes dealing with all aspects of your claim such as; filing the review application, obtaining further medical evidence, liaising with ACC and DRSL, preparing your case for review (including a written statement of your evidence and a legal submission) as well as representing you at the hearing.

To date the sucess rate for obtaining ACC funding for surgery is around 85%.
